Traditional talk therapy aka psychotherapy is designed to be a safe place to help a patient talk about their feelings, unpack what might be bothering them, and to provide professional help for mental-health concerns.
This coaching program is holistic, natural, and more active and solutions-oriented. Each session is designed to teach skills, tools and strategies to address the root cause of a client's stress. Coaching is short-term and practical, teaching clients how to heal their brain, body and relationships. -
I help clients heal two big relationships: the one to themselves, and the one with their romantic partner. This might look like navigating conflict with a Dismissive Avoidant partner, healing anxious triggers in a relationship, or building up self -love, self-esteem and self-confidence. I also nerd out healing someone’s sleep, diving into somatic work and nervous system regulation; it’s an incredible gift to have a calm mind.

Great question! I have training and experience helping any attachment style (Dismissive Avoidant, Fearful Avoidant, Anxious Preoccupied or Securely Attached) with their health, wellness or relationship goals. As a former Anxious Preoccupied individual, I can empathize more with the thoughts and feelings of this group, so we simply “speak the same language” more easily.
